Our products are carefully packaged and can be sent to any address in the world. We offer two delivery options for every location in the world. In the UK, we have a Royal Mail 1st Class option and  Express Courier option. All international orders are sent recorded as standard. When your order has been made and processed we will notify you that it has been shipped, and provide a tracking number to you. For extra fast shipping we offer a courier delivery option, for an additional charge. This is super quick, and can is usually received in the US and Canada in just a few working days. Please note that each item is handmade to order, so please allow a few days for your order to be made before it is dispatched.

All of our items are handmade to order. For this reason we do not accept returns. We do however offer the opportunity for you to exchange your purchase for another item if you change your mind, or have made a mistake. If you feel that another colour would be better suited to your décor, or you need a different size, then we will gladly swap them for something else. Simply return the items to us, and will swap them. Please let us know before returning the items.
